NXP Semiconductors i.MX 7ULP Applications Processors enable ultra-low-power and secure, portable devices. The processors' power management feature enables multimedia features and peripherals to consume minimum power in both active and various low-power modes. The processors can power such applications as smart-home controls, wearables, portable healthcare monitoring, portable printers and scanners, and gaming accessories. NXP processors are built on Arm® Cortex®-A7 and Cortex-M4 cores with separate isolated domains. The processors also utilize 3D and 2D Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). NXP processors support up to 32-bit LPDDR2/LPDDR3 memory interfaces and other interfaces for connecting peripherals.
